商务英语写作
COURSE INTRODUCTION (课程简介):
The Intensive Course of Business English Writing is
designed to help those employees who have a desire to improve their
English skills, especially business writing skills within a short
limited time. Students can make progress with the professional help
of experienced instructors and large amount of intensive practice
as well . Since the lesson is handled in a small – sized class, each
student can have sufficient individual support from the instructor.
They can learn how to write from plenty of specific writing practice.

OBJECTIVE(课程目标):
Students can communicate clearly and effectively in business
letters, emails, memos, reports, etc.
基本掌握商务英语写作能力,能够用英语写各类商务信函及电子邮件、便条、报告、会议通知等。
CONTENT(课程内容):
1. Style and features of business letters: clarity, completeness,
conciseness, correctness and courtesy.
2. Format , content and patterns of business letters.
3. Writing different kinds of business letters effectively
, e.g. sales letters, inquires and invitations. 4. Writing effective
workplace emails, memos, etc.
1. 掌握各种商务信函的写作风格和特色,即清楚性、简洁性、客套性、正确性、完整性。
(1) 清楚性:使用日常语汇 、简短的句子和段落。
(2) 简洁性:避免重复和拖沓的语言、选择自然、明确的表达方式。
(3) 客套性:以读者为中心,使用客气、礼貌和委婉的语气。
(4) 正确性:句子和单词的使用应该正确无误,避免语法和拼写的错误。
(5) 完整性:完整表达所需信息。
2. 掌握常用的格式、内容构成、和常用句式。
3. 掌握各类商务信函的写法,如询问信﹑推销信﹑邀请信等。
4. 学习便函、商务报告、电子邮件等的写作方法。
